Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy sets out how the systems and services we build and operate may and may not be used. It protects you, your customers, and us.
You must not use our systems to
- Violate the privacy of third parties — including scraping, harvesting, or processing personal data without a lawful basis.
- Send unsolicited commercial messages without proper opt-in consent (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, TCPA).
- Process sensitive personal data (health, financial, biometric) without the required agreements in place (e.g. HIPAA BAA, PCI DSS).
- Attempt to circumvent, manipulate, or jailbreak the AI system's trained behaviour.
- Use AI-generated content in ways that violate the terms of the underlying model providers (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and others).
- Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, or abusive activity.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your own customers and for ensuring your use of the systems complies with the laws of every jurisdiction in which you operate. We provide compliant infrastructure; lawful use within your customer base is your responsibility.
Enforcement
If we become aware of use that violates this policy, we may suspend or terminate the affected service. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of the engagement without refund of fees already due.
This policy works alongside our Terms of Service and AI Disclaimer.
