Why does it matter if AI search engines can read my website?
When someone asks an AI tool to recommend a business in your category and city, the AI reads websites to decide who to recommend. If your architecture blocks AI from reading it, you do not get recommended. Our sites are built so AI can read, understand, and cite your business correctly.
What is llms.txt?
A new emerging standard — like robots.txt for AI models — that tells ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini how to navigate and understand your website. We implement it on every site. Almost no other agency does yet.
Why is it only $800? Is there a catch?
No catch. We build with modern tools — Next.js and AI-assisted development — that make us significantly faster than traditional agencies, and we pass that efficiency on. In our launch phase we are also pricing to win clients and build our portfolio.
What does WCAG 2.2 AA mean and do I need it?
It is the current international standard for web accessibility. ADA lawsuits in the US are increasing yearly, and the European Accessibility Act came into force June 2025. If your site cannot be used by people with disabilities, you are legally exposed. We build compliant by default.
What if I already have a website?
We build you a new one. Your old site stays live until the new one is ready. On go-live day we switch the domain. Zero downtime.
Can I edit the website myself after it is built?
Yes — if you want a CMS we include one at no extra charge with a clean visual editor. Or just send us changes through your maintenance plan.
What if I want to add AI features later — a chatbot or phone agent?
That is our Always-On Package. For $90/month minimum we add an AI chatbot, AI phone agent, and CRM integration to the website we built. Most web clients upgrade within 60 days.
