• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time on page (via Google Analytics 4, only with your consent).
• For a Free AI Audit — publicly available information about your business (your website, Google reviews, competitor sites).

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
• To book and confirm discovery sessions and appointments.
• To improve our website and services through aggregated analytics.
• To send marketing communications — only with your explicit consent, with opt-out available at any time.

Sub-processors

We use trusted third-party services to deliver our offering. These may process your data on our behalf: Google (Cloud, Dialogflow, Analytics), Twilio (voice and SMS), Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook messaging), Stripe (payments), and n8n (workflow automation). Each is bound by its own data processing terms.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to or withdraw consent for processing. To exercise any right, email privacy@twenty4seven.us with the subject line “Data Request”. We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR, CCPA, and the Australian Privacy Act.

Data retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. Data is stored on Google Cloud Platform with enterprise-grade security. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.

This policy is provided for transparency and will be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before commercial launch. The registered business entity details will be added once established.
