The Always-On Package includes everything here plus a brand new website for $1,500 setup and $90/month minimum. If you already have a website and just want the AI communication layer, the Suite is $1,000 setup and $60/month minimum.
Does the voice agent actually sound human?
It uses Google’s Neural2 voice with emotional intelligence that adapts tone to the caller. Most callers do not realise they are speaking to AI until the agent tells them — which it always does at the start of every call.
What happens when a customer asks something the AI does not know?
The AI tells the customer it will get back to them, creates a ticket in your CRM, and alerts you with the exact question. You reply with the answer. The AI sends it on and adds it to its knowledge base permanently.
