These terms govern your use of Twenty4Seven's website and services. By engaging us, you agree to them.

Our services

We design, build, deploy, and maintain AI automation systems — including AI agents, websites, lead funnels, CRM automation, and related services — as described on this site and in your individual proposal. The specific scope, price, and deliverables for your engagement are defined in that proposal.

AI accuracy & limitation of liability

AI systems generate responses based on the information they are trained on and can occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected output. While we test, monitor, and continually improve every system we build, we do not warrant that AI-generated responses will be entirely free of error. You are responsible for reviewing AI output where it materially affects your customers or business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twenty4Seven's total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

Client responsibilities

• Providing accurate business information for AI training and timely access to required tools.
• Obtaining all necessary consents from your own customers (e.g. for SMS/voice under TCPA, email under CAN-SPAM/CASL).
• Ensuring your use of the systems complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Payment & cancellation

Setup fees are typically 50% upfront and 50% before go-live, as stated in your proposal. Monthly fees are billed in advance. After any minimum commitment stated in your proposal, you may cancel at any time; we hand over the relevant code and documentation, and you own what we built. No exit fee applies after the minimum term.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the deliverables built specifically for you. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, frameworks, and methodologies, and reserve the right to reuse generic, non-client-specific components.
