AI Disclaimer
Last updated: June 2026
Twenty4Seven builds and operates systems powered by artificial intelligence. We believe in being transparent about how that AI is used — both on this website and in the systems we deploy for our clients.
AI disclosure on voice and chat
Every AI voice agent we deploy announces, at the start of each call, that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant. This is legally required in many of the markets we serve and is important for trust. Our chat agents are similarly identified as AI.
Accuracy of AI output
AI systems generate responses based on the information they are trained on. They can occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected output. We test every system before launch and monitor it continuously, but AI responses should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice unless explicitly confirmed by a qualified human.
AI-generated content
Some content — including certain blog articles and media — may be generated or assisted by AI and reviewed for quality. Where advertising uses AI-generated imagery, we comply with platform labelling requirements (Meta, TikTok, YouTube and others).
Human escalation
Our systems are designed to recognise when a conversation needs a human and to escalate appropriately. AI handles what it can; a human handles what genuinely needs one.
For how AI relates to our service terms and liability, see our Terms of Service.
